Police in the Town of Menasha, Wisc. are searching for Chuckie Vang: a distinctive looking fugitive, he's only 5'4" tall and has an Asian character tattooed on the side of his neck. To top it off, his hair is styled in what cops describe as an Asian gang hairstyle. As funny-looking as this guy is, cops say there's nothing funny about the violent crime he's accused of committing.
